  • Diet: Diet gives the greatest impact in multiple ways, be it health, skin or hair. Add raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, proteins, egg, fish and multivitamins to your diet as much as possible. When your body gets complete, nutritious food it works more effectively. It supplies required nutrients throughout the body in an adequate amount that helps each body organ to remain and grow healthy.

  • Stress less and work out more: Reduce your stress level to zero. Stress is the major cause that leads to hair loss instantly. The workout will help to reduce your stress level and increase blood circulation. Add some exercise, yoga or dance to your routine. 

  • Oil Massage: Oil Massage is a need to defend your hair against hair loss. Oiling your hair once or twice a week can even prevent extreme hair loss, help restore fragile hair and enhance your hair's natural beauty.   • Treat Spot Baldness: Excessive hair loss can cause spot baldness. Take a few small sticks of mulethi and grind it to a fine powder. Mix this powder in milk cream, a little saffron, and prepare a mixture. Apply it to bald patches, leave it overnight and rinse off in the morning. If possible, add some ground, dhatura seeds in the paste to increase the potency of the recipe. 

  • Castor Oil with white iodine: Castor oil with white iodine is excellent for hair re-growth and prevents hair loss. Take 2 to 3 spoons of castor oil and add a few drops of white iodine to it. Part your hair in small sections and apply the mixture to the scalp with cotton. Massage with your fingertips for a few minutes and leave it for 2 hours and rinse off. 

  • Coconut Milk: Coconut milk helps to strengthen the roots of the hair, reduce hair loss and prevent hair breakage. Take out a juice of half a coconut, add the juice of a half lemon in it and mix well. Apply the mixture all over your head and leave it for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Rinse off with mild shampoo.
