Running deep throughout our history, Aromatherapy is a holistic therapy as well as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonies and promote the health of body, mind, and spirit. The use of essential oils for the well-being of body, mind, and spirit is as ancient as civilization and has shown to calm and relax emotions as well as enhance focus, attention, and memory. 

  • Lavender Essential Oil
    Known as the ‘Universal Oil’, this essential oil has many benefits that help boost your wellness. Lavender essential oil with its fresh and floral aroma can promote physical and mental health. It regulates the nervous system and helps control blood pressure. It counteracts stress and relieves fatigue and depression.  

    How to Use: You can add 4-5 drops of Lavender essential oil to your bathtub to feel relaxed and relieve stress. Alternatively, use 4-5 drops of the oil in a diffuser bowl filled with three-quarters of water.

  • Eucalyptus Essential Oil
    Originated in Australia, Eucalyptus Essential oil is known for its antiviral and antiseptic quality. It helps stimulate the brain and improves energy. It is a powerful antiseptic and an inhalant for pulmonary conditions. It is also great for cold, cough, and sinus.

    How to Use: Use 4-5 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil in a diffuser bowl filled with three-quarters of water. To relieve from asthma, sinusitis conditions, mix 2-3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil into inhalation water. As it vaporizes, place a towel over your head and take deep breaths.

  • Rosemary Essential Oil
    Rosemary Essential Oil energies body and mind. It is a sacred plant with magical properties and a general tonic. It rebuilds the nervous system after long, intense, and intellectual activity.

    How to Use: Bath in Rosemary essential oil-infused water to improve the circulation in the body. Add 4-5 drops of Rosemary essential oil to your bathtub or 3-4 drops to a bucket and swish the water gently to mix the oil well.

  • Tea Tree Essential Oil
    The microbe-fighting properties make tea tree oil a natural remedy which helps in treating bacterial and fungal skin conditions, prevents infections, and promotes healing.

    How to Use: Tea tree essential oil has antibacterial properties. Thus, it can be mixed with surface cleaning liquid for better protection from germ. Use 3-4 drops of the oil in a diffuser bowl filled with three-quarters of water in the room for sick people.

  • Basil Essential Oil
    Basil essential oil extracted from Basil leaves is valuable for its anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. It fights negativity, migraine, and intellectual fatigue. It gives clarity of thoughts and a calming effect.

    How to Use: Mix a few drops of Basil essential oil with coconut carrier oil and massage it into your hair to relieve stress and migraines. You can use any other carrier oil as well. Use 4-5 drops of Basil essential oil in a diffuser bowl filled with three-quarters of water to spread positivity in the room.
