Good skin is always in trend. It not only makes you look good but also makes you feel good about yourself. Here are a few tips to attain glowing skin for every working women.

Healthy Diet: A healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. If you follow a wholesome diet rich in protein, Vitamins, and minerals can help a great deal to achieve glowing skin. You may include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Drink a lot of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. Avoid oily foods, excessive sugar and salt-rich food can also help attain glowing skin.

Stress & Sleep: It becomes extremely difficult to get a peaceful sleep of at least 6-8 hours while you are working in a 9-5 office and stress becomes part of your life. Uncontrolled stress and sleeplessness make your skin more sensitive and create skin problems. Getting proper sleep helps you to rejuvenate. While you sleep, your skin repair on its own. 

Sun Protection: Sun is your inevitable enemy. As soon as you leave your house you are exposed to the harmful rays of the sun. One of the easiest and important ways to protect your skin from sun damage is to apply sunscreen with at least SPF 15. Apply a generous amount of sunscreen and reapply the sunscreen as and when required. This also protects your skin from harmful rays emitted from laptops, computers, and other multimedia gadgets. 

Maintaining Skin Care Routine: Following CTOM as part of your skincare routine is essential to maintain healthy skin. Use a mild or gentle cleanser that cleanses your skin but does not strip natural oils from your skin. A toner makes your skin look hydrated and it also wipes out impurities making your skin softer and supple. Face oil helps give a glow to your skin and makes you look fresh and healthy. Last and not least, moisturize your skin with a moisturiser that suits your skin to provide maximum hydration to the skin.

Exercise & Yoga: It is vital that we take some time out to work out or do some yoga. It certainly keeps you in shape, but it also does wonders for your skin. Exercise pumps in the blood to the skin and provides oxygen and nutrients required for the skin. It also promotes the production of collagen which rejuvenates the skin and brings a glow to the skin. Working out releases the stress from your body, which helps to shed the weight from your mind. It even acts as a therapy for some people and also works as a medication for people who deal with anxiety and depression.
