HOW DO I JOIN AM REWARDS?

Simply, create a customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'AM REWARDS' on the left side of your screen.  

 

HOW DO I EARN AM POINTS?

Earn a point for every rupee you spend on aromamagic.com.

Each time you shop on the website with your Aroma Magic customer account, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty point’s information after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. There are plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the EARN tab of your loyalty profile. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards or save them to unlock even more exciting rewards. 

*AM Points won't be added in the following scenarios:

  • AM Points will not be rewarded on shipping charges
  • AM Points will not be rewarded by placing a guest order 

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY LOYALTY POINTS BALANCE AND REDEEM REWARDS?

You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'AM REWARDS' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty point’s balance.

 

HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS?

When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward code. Following are the steps to redeem the Rewards:

  1. Login using your registered email id.
  2. Click on AM REWARDS tab which is on the left side of the page.
  3. Under REWARDS, you will see all the offers that are available.
  4. Click on REDEEM according to your AM rewards you have in your account. 

You will get a discount code after clicking on REDEEM. You can enter the discount code at the time of checkout. 

The redeem CODE will have the validity of 5 days.

*Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Aroma Magic reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  2. Coupons can only be redeemed once.
  3. If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon will not be redeemable on another purchase.
  4. The redeem code can’t be clubbed with any other discount offer.
