It is enriched with the goodness of Neroli, Geranium and Peppermint oil. The salt soak deep cleanses the impurities while the combination of Blueberry Fruit Extract and sugar in the scrub effortlessly exfoliates dead skin cells. The Blueberry pack renders a brighter look with the help of kaolin clay and Jojoba oil. Indulge in this refreshing regime and enjoy a healthy glow with invigorating all-natural ingredients like Beeswax, Lavender essential oil and Shea butter.

How to Use? (Blueberry Manicure Kit):-

Step 1: Sanitiser

Rub me on your feet and toes to sanitise and disinfect.

Step 2: Cuticle Softener

Apply a small quantity onto each finger's cuticle and nail fold for 10 seconds.

Step 3: Salt Soak

  • Pour me into a small warm water tub, soak your hands for 5 minutes and relax.
  • After 5 minutes, wipe the nails, and push back the cuticles gently with an orangewood stick.
  • Cut the cuticles if necessary and wipe off any residue.

Step 4: Hand Scrub

  • Apply me and massage for 3 minutes with damp fingers.
  • Clean beneath the free edge with an orangewood stick.

Step 5: Hand Mask

  • Apply the mask and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse off to get smooth and nourished skin.

Step 6: Hand Cream

  • Rub a generous amount of me on your hands and massage well for 5 minutes.
  • Wipe off with a hot towel.

  • Apply me and massage for 3 minutes with damp fingers.
  • Clean beneath the free edge with an orangewood stick and use a foot file to remove dead skin cells.

Step 5: Foot Mask

  • Apply pack and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse off to get smooth and nourished skin.

Step 6: Foot Cream

  • Rub a generous amount of me on your feet and massage well for 5 minutes.
  • Wipe off with a hot towel

Post-treatment care - Use foot cream at least twice a day.

Which locations do you ship to?

We ship products to almost all the locations in the country. We use services of some of the leading courier companies in India.

How much time does it take to receive an order?

We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery after the dispatch. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, heavy rains, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.

How do I know the status of my order?

You can access the latest status of our order through the‘ Order History’ tab on your account page on the online store page.

My order has been shipped. How do I track the shipment?

Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the details of the courier company and the tracking number. You can track the status of the order with these details.

My order is shown to be shipped through multiple shipments. Why is that?

Yes, it is possible and is perfectly normal. We may store different products in your order at our different locations and may ship these through different shipments. You will be advised through email as various products in your order are shipped.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

The shipping charges would be applicable as per the shipment weight and dimensions. You can check the exact amount of applicable charges at the checkout page. Or write to us at customercare@aromamagic.com with your shipping address and contact details to get an estimated shipping cost.

International shipping policy:-

Q- How long do I wait for order confirmation?

International orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays). You can expect the order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing the order.

Q- Do I have to sign to receive the package?

Yes, you will have to sign for the package upon delivery. In your absence, you can have a family member, colleague, neighbour, or someone else sign for the package. In this case, Blossom Kochhar Beauty Products Private Limited will not be responsible for your goods post-delivery.

Q- How long does the delivery take?

Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. However, there may be unexpected delays due to bad weather or logistical challenges. In case of such delays, we will keep you informed.

Q-  At what time can I expect the delivery of my order?

Your order will be delivered between 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays).

Q- Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, international shipping charges will be applicable as per the actual weight or dimensional weight of your shipment.

Q- Do I have to pay import duty?

You may have to pay Import Duty/ Customs Duty Charge/ VAT/ Other applicable government taxes when you receive your order, depending on the shipment and its value. These charges are not included in the shipping charges mentioned in the total order value.

You can check the tentative charges to be paid here. The exact amount of these charges will be shared by the logistics service provider at the time of delivery.

Blossom Kochhar Beauty Products Private Limited is not liable to pay them under any circumstances. In the event that the consignee refuses to pay the customs charges, we will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the consignee's order value while processing the refund.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic wishes that our customers never cancel or return products. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.

If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it online. Please contact our Customer Care on +919870282778 for support. Order cannot be canceled once it's delivered to you.

Can I partially cancel an order?

No, it is not possible. But if your order is not dispatched then you will have to cancel the complete order and place a new order. 

Can I partially return an order purchased in the offer?

Not applicable on our category due to hygiene concerns.

Can I only keep some of the products at the time of delivery and return the remaining products?

No, this is not allowed as per Company’s norms. 
 
What is the process for returning the wrong/damaged products?

We only replace the wrong product and the products that are defective or damaged. To do so you need to send us an email at customercare@aromamagic.com with the outer box and the product inside it along with the delivery label should be clearly visible or call/Whatsapp us on our Customer Care number +919870282778 in case you wish to replace your product.

Please report within 48 hours of receiving the orders. You will have to send the items back to us through courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the right products to you as per your initial order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Is there anything else I should know while returning a product?

You should return the product in the same condition as it was received by you with intact product packaging, labels, and barcodes. We will be able to process the refund once the return shipment is received by us and verified.   

How much time does it take to process the refund?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the full refund within 48 hours time. 

In case of cancellation post-shipment or returns, we process the refund once the return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be processed deducting the shipping(if applicable) and payment charges(2% of the billing amount).

The refund will be initiated within a week post-approval. a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card or original method of payment, in another 5-7 business days as per the bank's norm.

**No refund will be permitted for the international purchase.**

What to do in case of Late or missing refunds (if applicable)?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

International Returns and Refunds

There are no return no refund on international orders. We ensure deliveries from our trusted courier partners to avoid bad delivery experiences.
