Five Natural Ingredients and Their Beauty Benefits!

Here we will share five universal ingredients, along with the methods that have always worked gracefully and generously for skin and hair.

Gram Flour - The most common and highly beneficial ingredient for the skin. It is still used for the brides to make them look glowing and beautiful. It is used to treat acne, to get healthy & glowing skin and to maintain the sebum level within the skin, remove suntan and many others. 

Gram flour can be used as ubtan, face pack, exfoliator, body polishing, etc. To treat suntan and brighten the skin try Gram Flour Brightening Face Pack:

  • 2 to 3 tbsp gram flour,
  • 1 tbsp spoon of turmeric,
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 tbsp almond oil

Add enough rose water to make a paste. Apply all over the face and neck. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off.

Honey - Another ingredient that benefits almost all skin types and hair is honey. Honey has high antiseptic and antibacterial properties that even improve the oily, acne-prone skin. From nourishment of the skin to lustrous hair, honey gives all the advantages. It can be used directly or by a pack or scrub. To get glowing skin, try a honey glow face pack.

  • 2 tbsp honey,
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 egg, beaten.

Mix all the ingredients and prepare a pack. Apply all over the face and neck. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off.

Honey glow body scrub.

  • 1 cup sea salt,
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil.

Add enough almond oil or grapeseed oil to mix the ingredients. Scrub it all over the body and rinse off.

For hair, you can directly apply honey or mix it with the oil of your choice and apply it. 

Aloe Vera - Aloe vera not only serves innumerable benefits to the skin or hair but it also has the qualities to repair and treat hair or skin damage. From sunburn to dandruff, it is best to treat various skin and hair problems. Always prefer using freshly extracted aloe vera gel. 

Aloe vera gel can be directly applied to the skin it will prevent the signs of aging, reduces sun damage, nourish and hydrate the skin deeply.

Or, mix a few drops of Lavender essential oil to aloe vera gel and apply it to soothe the skin. 

For hair, apply the aloe vera gel onto the scalp and hair it will deeply nourish the scalp, treat dandruff and rejuvenate the hair.

Vitamin C - There are so many sources and ways that provide Vitamin C. Intake and application of Vitamin C both resolve many skin and hair problems. Vitamin C has high antioxidants that make the skin bright and healthy, improve elasticity and give youthful skin. Direct application of vitamin C may cause an allergic reaction.
