Tips to Remove Black Spots on Face

Some people take care of their skin by following proper face and skincare routines, but for some, it gets very difficult to get clean and salubrious skin. A sensible diet, plenty of water, adequate sleep, moderate exercise all these factors that give you healthy skin.

People these days are more prone to sun exposure, dust, and pollution. Dark spots can be because of acne, excessive sun exposure, pigmentation, medication, diabetes, use of wrong cosmetics, hormonal changes.

The following ways will help to reduce dark spots and get clean skin:

  • Clearing up the pigmentation: Following are two effective methods to fade away the dark spots.

Method 1: Take 2 tablespoons of milk powder and (20 volume) Hydrogen Peroxide (available at pharmacy shops), add a few drops of glycerine, and make a paste. Apply it to dark spots, leave for 20 minutes and rinse off. Apply a moisturiser if the skin feels dry and taut.

Method 2: Mix 1/2 tablespoon of plain sugar granules in your cleansing cream and work it into the skin by scrubbing gently. Massage it all over the face but concentrate on blemished spots. The sugar will get absorbed into the skin. Rinse the face with hot water, then with warm water, then with cool water, and finish with a cold splash. For oily skin without pustules, use the scrub twice a week and for dry skin use once a week.

  • Terrific Turmeric: Turmeric has several skin healing properties. Turmeric has skin lightening and brightening qualities. Take 2 tablespoons of gram flour, half tablespoon of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of curd, and mix well. Apply the paste onto the face and leave for 20 minutes and rinse off. This will help in the lightening of dark spots and impart a natural glow on the skin.

  • Vitamin C for skin: Add vitamin C both in your diet and skincare routine. Vitamin C has antioxidants that prevent pigmentation and help to fade dark spots. Add Vitamin C-rich food to your diet. Use Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic Vitamin C Skin Brightening Gel. It is prepared with natural sources of Vitamin C, extracts of cherry and licorice, essential oils of neroli, Indian wintergreen, and lemon. • Pure Papaya: Papaya acts as the best exfoliator and skin-clearing agent. Take a cup full of papaya and mash it completely. Apply the mashed pulp onto the face and leave it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, massage with it onto your face and rinse off. The alpha-hydroxy acids with papain enzymes remove dead skin cells and reduce the dark spots from the skin.

Extracts of grapefruit, witch hazel, and white lotus are antioxidants that stimulate blood circulation leaving your skin look refreshed.
