The major factors that cause acne are hormonal changes, product reactions, stress, and clogging of pores or bacteria. All these factors lead to skin inflammations or breakouts. This adult acne combo helps the skin to remain healthy thereby preventing and treating acne. Mint Cleanser deeply cleanses and refreshes the skin. Aromatic Skin Toner revives the skin and tightens the pores. Fairy Oil balances the sebum level and controls acne. Aloe Vera Sunscreen purifies the skin and reduces acne breakouts.
How To Use?
Mint Cleanser - Dampen skin, take a little cleanser with water, and massage onto the face using circular strokes. Wipe off with damp cotton.
Aromatic Skin Toner - Spray onto the face directly or on a small piece of cotton and dab onto the face. Avoid the eye area.
Fairy Skin Oil - Apply 4-5 drops onto your clean face and neck every morning and night.
Aloe Vera Sunscreen Gel - Apply on your face and body 15 minutes before sun exposure for desired protection. Reapply every 90 minutes if continuous exposure to the sun.

Which locations do you ship to?
We ship products to almost all the locations in the country. We use services of some of the leading courier companies in India.
How much time does it take to receive an order?
We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery after the dispatch. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.
How do I know the status of my order?
You can access the latest status of our order through the‘ Order History’ tab on your account page on the online store page.
My order has been shipped. How do I track the shipment?
Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the details of the courier company and the tracking number. You can track the status of the order with these details.
My order is shown to be shipped through multiple shipments. Why is that?
Yes, it is possible and is perfectly normal. We may store different products in your order at our different locations and may ship these through different shipments. You will be advised through email as various products in your order are shipped.
Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
There are no shipping charges for orders equal to and above the value of INR 699. However, if your order is less than INR 699, there will be a shipping charge according to your location.

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it online. Please contact our Customer Care on +919870282778 for support. Order cannot be canceled once it's delivered to you.
Can I partially cancel an order?
No, it is not possible. But if your order is not dispatched then you will have to cancel the complete order and place a new order.
Can I partially return an order purchased in the offer?
Not applicable on our category due to hygiene concerns.
Can I only keep some of the products at the time of delivery and return the remaining products?
No, this is not allowed as per Company’s norms.
What is the process for returning the wrong/damaged products?
We only replace wrong product and the products that are defective or damaged. To do so you need to send us an email at email@example.com or call/Whatsapp us on our Customer Care number +919870282778 in case you wish to replace your product.
Please report within 48 hours of receiving the orders. You will have to send the items back to us through courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the right products to you as per your initial order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Is there anything else I should know while returning a product?
You should return the product in the same condition as it was received by you with intact product packaging, labels, and barcodes. We will be able to process the refund once the return shipment is received by us and verified.
How much time does it take to process the refund?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the full refund within 48 hours time.
In case of cancellation post-shipment or returns, we process the refund once the return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be processed deducting the shipping(if applicable) and payment charges(2% of the billing amount).
The refund will be initiated within a week post-approval. a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card or original method of payment, in another 5-7 business days as per the bank's norm.
What to do in case of Late or missing refunds (if applicable)?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
