Description

This regime helps in repairing the thinning and dullness of the hair. Our Hair Oil mixed with the stimulate oil promotes hair growth by strengthening the hair and nourishes the scalp deeply, reducing the split ends. Shine and Volume Shampoo strengthen the follicles while cleansing the scalp. The  Cream Conditioner combats hair thinning, making the hair bouncy and voluminous. Hair Serum reduces inflammation of the hair and makes them soft and elastic.

How to Use

  • Heat the hair oil to a warm temperature. Add few drops of stimulate oil in it. Part the hair and apply oil onto your scalp and the length of your hair. Massage the scalp gently with the fingers for 10-15 minutes. Leave it on for 30 minutes or an hour and shampoo off.
  • Wet your hair and apply shampoo on the scalp and the lengths of the hair. Massage the scalp gently, work up lather and rinse it off. Repeat if necessary.
  • Take sufficient quantity of cream conditioner and start applying from the end tips of your hair and work your way up along the hair strands. Leave it on for two minutes and rinse it off with cold water.
  • Apply hair serum on clean dry locks for best results. Rub the serum between your palms well and evenly distribute onto the midsection and ends of your hair. Avoid applying serum on the scalp. A single pump of serum will suffice for mid-length hair while long hair may require more.

Caution

  • Take enough amount of hair oil as required for the hair length.
  • As all the products are aromatherapy based, the ingredients do not have any soap or sulphates. If the oil is not removed from the hair/scalp, shampoo twice.

Which locations do you ship to?

We ship products to almost all the locations in the country. We use services of some of the leading courier companies in India.

How much time does it take to receive an order?

We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery after the dispatch. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.

How do I know the status of my order?

You can access the latest status of our order through the‘ Order History’ tab on your account page on the online store page.

My order has been shipped. How do I track the shipment?

Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the details of the courier company and the tracking number. You can track the status of the order with these details.

My order is shown to be shipped through multiple shipments. Why is that?

Yes, it is possible and is perfectly normal. We may store different products in your order at our different locations and may ship these through different shipments. You will be advised through email as various products in your order are shipped.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

There are no shipping charges for orders equal to and above the value of INR 699. However, if your order is less than INR 699, there will be a shipping charge according to your location.

Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic wishes that our customers never cancel or return products. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.

If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it online. Please contact our Customer Care on +919870282778 for support. Order cannot be canceled once it's delivered to you.

Can I partially cancel an order?

No, it is not possible. But if your order is not dispatched then you will have to cancel the complete order and place a new order. 

Can I partially return an order purchased in the offer?

Not applicable on our category due to hygiene concerns.

Can I only keep some of the products at the time of delivery and return the remaining products?

No, this is not allowed as per Company’s norms. 
 
What is the process for returning the wrong/damaged products?

We only replace wrong product and the products that are defective or damaged. To do so you need to send us an email at customercare@aromamagic.com or call/Whatsapp us on our Customer Care number +919870282778 in case you wish to replace your product. 

Please report within 48 hours of receiving the orders. You will have to send the items back to us through courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the right products to you as per your initial order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Is there anything else I should know while returning a product?

You should return the product in the same condition as it was received by you with intact product packaging, labels, and barcodes. We will be able to process the refund once the return shipment is received by us and verified.   

How much time does it take to process the refund?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the full refund within 48 hours time. 

In case of cancellation post-shipment or returns, we process the refund once the return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be processed deducting the shipping(if applicable) and payment charges(2% of the billing amount).

The refund will be initiated within a week post-approval. a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card or original method of payment, in another 5-7 business days as per the bank's norm.

What to do in case of Late or missing refunds (if applicable)?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
